摘要: 本论文对海岛棉体细胞胚胎发生和植株再生体系进行了研究,结果如下:对多种激素及其配比对愈伤组织的诱导效应进行研究,2,4-D和KT组合诱导的愈伤组织状态较好,质地疏松,为淡黄色,但后期持续使用不易分化。NAA和KT组合诱导的愈伤组织质地较硬,多为绿色及黄绿色,后期容易疯长。IBA和KT组合诱导的愈伤组织质地也较硬,后期易死亡。2,4-D和KT的相对比值可能比两者的绝对浓度更为重要,海岛棉可能比陆地棉所需要的相对比值要高出两倍。

Abstract: In this, island cotton (Gossypium Barbadense L.) somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration were primary involved. And the result was as follows: got loose and flaxen callus with 2, 4-D+KT hormone combination, found un-embryonic callus continual used it; obtained hard and olivine or green callus with NAA+KT hormone combination, worked excessive growth later; got hard callus with IBA+KT hormone combination. Some embryonic cell could be induced with cell suspension cultures in the future.
