摘要: 地下水的硝酸盐氮污染已经成为人们普遍关注的问题。最根本的解决办法就是找到硝酸盐的来源,切断污染源。不同N来源的硝酸盐具有不同的N、O同位素组成,利用NO3-中δ15N和δ18O对硝酸盐污染进行示踪研究是当前地下水污染研究的一个重要方向。本文介绍了水样NO3-氮、氧同位素分析的多种预处理方法、N、O同位素的测定技术以及存在的问题和未来发展的方向。

Abstract: Nitrate pollution of groundwater has become a widespread concern. The most fundamental solution is to find the source of nitrate and cut it off. Different sources of nitrate have different N, O isotopic composition. The use of δ15N and δ18O on a tracer study in nitrate pollution of groundwater is currently an important direction. This paper describe many pretreatment methods、analysis technologies of N, O isotope、existing problems and future development directions.
