摘要： 摘 要：选取80只10日龄的肉仔鸡，随机分成4组，每组20只。第1组为对照组，第2-4组为试验组，分别肌注0.1倍剂量(1000 U)、1倍剂量(1万U)和10倍剂量(10万U)的鸡α-干扰素。试验期间并对其免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞转化率、白介素-2含量、血清补体总活性进行测定。结果表明：1倍剂量(1万U)组鸡的免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞转化率、白介素-2含量、血清补体总活性均高于其它三组。

Abstract: Abstract: 80 ten-day-old chickens being healthy and having even weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 for each group. The first group was control group injected physiological brine. Chickens from the second to fourth groups were respectively injected 1000 units,10000units and 100000 units α-interferon. Immune organ index number, lymphocyte conversion ratio, interleukin-2 content, Serum complement activity were determined. The results showed that Immune organ index number, lymphocyte conversion ratio, interleukin-2 content, Serum complement activity of the third group were higher than the others.
