60Co γ射线对杂拟谷盗成虫的辐照效应研究

摘要: 摘要:为了控制杂拟谷盗对烟草的危害。本文利用不同剂量的60Co γ射线对烟草中杂拟谷盗成虫的辐照效应进行了研究。结果表明,100 Gy以上的剂量辐照就可以阻止杂拟谷盗成虫繁育下一代成虫,150 Gy的剂量辐照处理还有少量的幼虫出现,但其不能羽化为成虫;200 Gy及以上剂量辐照可以有效阻止杂拟谷盗成虫取食并最终导致其死亡。因此,200 Gy剂量的60Co γ射线可以作为辐照防治杂拟谷盗成虫的有效剂量。

Abstract: Abstract: The objective of this study was to control the damage on tobacco from Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val. The irradiation effects of 60Co γ-rays on the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val in tobacco were studied. The results showed that the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val irradiated by the doses over 100Gy could prevent offspring reproduce; larvaes could be found after 150 Gy irradiation for adults, but the larvaes couldn’t develop into adults; there were almost no feeding of adults after irradiation by the doses no less than 200Gy, and the adults completely died finally. So 200 Gy was the effective dosage of 60Co γ-rays for the control on the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val in tobacco.
