水稻叶片叶绿素含量与吸收光谱变量的相关性研究

摘要: 采用小区试验研究了水稻叶片叶绿素含量与吸收光谱衍生变量的相关性。结果表明:拔节期、抽穗期和灌浆期是水稻叶片诊断的敏感时期;选择最佳的敏感波段组合构造衍生变量,利用光谱衍生变量反演水稻叶片叶绿素含量。发现:在抽穗期和灌浆期,对数相加模型的反演能力明显优于SPAD值的反演能力。SPAD值的反演能力仅在拔节期略优于对数相加模型的反演能力,说明用每个生育期的相应敏感光谱波段对数相加能更加准确地估测叶绿素含量。本文为进一步改进SPAD-502的测量性能提出一些探索性研究。

Abstract: The correlation between the rice leaf chlorophyll content and leaf spectral absorption variables are studied in a area experiment.Results show that shooting stage, heading stage and milking stage are sensitive stages for diagnosis of the leaf chlorophyll content in rice. The spectral variables formed by the best sensitive wave band infer rice leaf chlorophyll contents. In the heading stage and milking stage, the inferring ability of logarithm adding obviously surpasses that of SPAD value. The inferring ability of SPAD value just slightly surpasses the logarithm-sum model in the shooting stage. The explanation can survey the chlorophyll value accurately with each period of duration corresponding sensitive spectral wave band. This article proposes some exploring research for enhancing survey performance of SPAD-520.
