Abstract:

Rural informationization， not only a process of the use of information technology to promote rural economic and social development but also the development trend of World agriculture, plays an important role in promoting China's rural modernization. On the basis of China's national conditions, the paper analyses the problems which existed in the countryside informationization construction, discusses the strategy of rural informationization from the guiding ideology, the basic principles and the major tasks, and put forward several proposals.
