摘要:

文章对杜仲叶中主要活性成分绿原酸的理化性质、生物活性、提取方法分离纯化及检测等方面进行了论述,并对绿原酸在医药保健、食品与日用化工等方面的应用作了分析, 以期推动杜仲叶中绿原酸的综合利用。

Abstract:

this article is about the Eucommia leaf contained the main chemical constituents chlorogenic acid,discussed physical and chemical properties, biological activity, extraction purification methods and detection, analysised chlorogenic acid in the medical care, food and daily-use chemicals, with a view to promoting utilization to chlorogenic acid of Eucommia leaf.
