红谷霉素的抗细菌活性和毒力测定

摘要:

摘要:目的:为了探索红谷霉素的抗细菌活性和毒力方程。方法:分别以红谷霉素为试验材料9种细菌为供试菌株,通过比浊法测定红谷霉素的抑菌能力和红谷霉素对各种供试细菌的抑菌能力的大小。结果:试验结果表明,在所选用的9种供试细菌中,红谷霉素对其中8种供试细菌的EC50和EC90依次为:金黄色葡萄球菌,0.002mg/L和0.017mg/L、腊质芽孢杆菌,0.02 mg/L和0.19 mg/L、巨大芽孢杆菌,0.08 mg/L和0.44mg/L、痢疾杆菌,0.17 mg/L和1.87 mg/L、青枯假单孢菌,0.26 mg/L和2.3 mg/L、大肠杆菌,0.73 mg/L和4.49 mg/L、柑桔溃疡病菌,0.73 mg/L和5.0 mg/L、水稻白叶枯病菌,124 mg/L和226mg/L。结论:红谷霉素分别对其余8种供试细菌都有很强的抑制作用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to grope for antibacturial ability and virulence intensity of Honggumycin.Methods: Honggumycin was used as experimental material and nine kinds of bacterium was used as the tested strains separately. The antibacterium and virulence intensity of Honggumycin to bacterium is tested by the method of turbidity comparing. Results: In all the nine tested bacterium,Honggumycin has antibacterium for the eight bacterium except for Aeromonas hydropila. EC50 and EC90 of the eight bacterium were as follows: Staphylococcus aureus, 0.002mg/L and 0.017mg/L, Bacillus cereus, 0.02 mg/L and 0.19 mg/L, Bacillus megaterium, 0.08 mg/L and 0.44mg/L, Sh.flexneri, 0.17 mg/L and 1.87 mg/L, Pseudomonas solanacearum, 0.26 mg/L and 2.3 mg/L, Escherichia coli,0.73 mg/L and 4.49 mg/L, Xanthomonas citri, 0.73 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L, Xanthomonas oryzae, 124 mg/L and 226mg/L.Conclusion: Honggumycin have a very strong inhibition to eight of the rest kinds of the tested bacteria respectively.
