Abstract:

There is a dynamic relational model between Urbanization and the new rural construction. If the premise and assumption of this model have been set up,it will lead to the positive interaction between urban and rural areas. On the contrary, conflicts will arises between the two sides,and the gap between them will be enlarged. We attempt to analyze this dynamic relationship, point out the differences between hypothetical model and reality, and put forward policy suggestions.
