巴西橡胶树热研88-13和热研8-79品种的核型分析

摘要:

本研究采用常规压片法对巴西橡胶树高产品种热研88-13和热研8-79的染色体数目和核型进行了研究。结果表明,热研88-13与热研8-79的体细胞染色体数目均为2n = 36,热研88-13的核型公式为2n = 2x = 36 =28m + 8sm (4 SAT),热研8-79的核型公式为2n = 2x = 36 = 28 m + 8sm (2 SAT),二者均属于Stebbins核型的2B型。

Abstract:

The numbers and karyotypes of chromosomes of Hevea brasiliensis clones Reyan 88-13 and Reyan 8-79 were studied, applying fingertip pressing flake method. The results showed that the chromosome number of each of the two clones was 2n = 36, Reyan 88-13 karyotype formula was 2n = 2x = 36 = 28 m + 8 sm (4 SAT), and Reyan 8-79 was 2n = 2x = 36 = 28 m + 8 sm (2 SAT), and both belonged to Stebbins 2B type.
