摘要:

分子标记技术的开发利用推动了玉米育种的发展,概述了5种常用分子标记SSR、RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SNP的原理及特点。综述了分子标记技术在玉米自交系类群划分中的应用。

Abstract:

The development and utilization of molecular marker technology has promoted the development of maize breeding, it overviews the characteristics and principle of five kinds common molecular markers such as SSR、RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SNP ,at the same time ,the molecular markers in maize inbred lines into application groups are summaried.
