矮丛蓝莓茎段再生植株研究

摘要:

以矮丛蓝莓‘Blomidon’品种的试管苗茎段为外植体,研究了不同的培养基、激素、pH值、暗培养时间、接种茎段部位对植株再生的影响以及不同封口材料对再生植株茎段繁殖的影响。结果表明:适宜的培养基为WPM;ZT 1.0 mg?L- 诱导茎段后植株直接再生效果最佳,ZT 5.0 mg?L-1+IBA 1.0 mg?L-1诱导茎段后植株经由愈伤组织再生效果最佳,再生频率分别为100%和91.67%;适宜的茎段再生pH值为5.0±0.2;适宜的暗培养时间为0 d或10 d;接种的最佳部位为茎段上部;适宜的封口材料为玻璃纸。

Abstract:

Effect of media, hormones, pH, dark incubation time, the stem site and different sealing materials on the regeneration of Vaccinium angustifdium ‘Blomidon’stem were studied.The results showed that: the appropriate medium was WPM; ZT 1.0 mg ? L-1 induced stem regenerated plants without callus was the best, ZT 5.0 mg ? L-1 + IBA 1.0 mg ? L-1 induced by the callus regenerated plants was best, regeneration frequencies were 100% and 91.67%; suitable pH was 5.0 ± 0.2; suitable dark time was 0 d or 10 d; the upper part of stem was the best part for vaccination; the cellophane was suitable sealing material.
