药用植物穿心莲的组织培养

摘要:以带腋芽茎段为外植体,研究不同培养基对穿心莲芽增殖的影响、不同代数试管苗生长的差异以及试管苗生根的试验。结果表明:穿心莲生长的最适合基本培养基是MS培养基;丛生芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+KT1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;3代以内试管苗生长状况良好;试管苗生根最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA1mg/L。

Abstract:

Abstract: Taking the stem with axillary buds as explants, the research is done on the effects on Andrographis paniculata that different types of culture medium affect the buds proliferation and different generations affect the growth of tube buds. Result indicates that the fittest type of culture medium for the growth of Andrographis paniculata is MS. The fittest type of culture medium for the growth of cluster buds is MS+KT1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L.The growth of tube buds within three generations is good. The fittest type of culture medium for root growth is 1/2MS+NAA1mg/L .
