摘要:采用规格为3 m3/d的一体式中空纤维膜生物反应器(MBR)对某果汁厂石榴浓缩汁生产废水进行了净化处理应用研究。实验结果表明:当进水CODCr为756~1097 mg/L时,出水CODCr为34~95 mg/L,CODCr去除率为89.5%~97.0%。膜的截留作用占总去除率的10%~20%。该装置连续运行了60 d,出水均稳定达到排放标准。采用膜生物反应器工艺处理果汁废水技术可行、操作简单、易于管理,可节省50%左右的添加营养物质氮磷的成本,为工业规模应用提供了技术参考。

Abstract:

Abstract: We used a submerged hollow fiber membrane bioreactor with specification of 3 m3/d for the treatment of wastewater from the concentrated pomegranate juice production from a juice factory. The results of the experiment showed that when the inlet CODCr level was 756~1097 mg/L, in the effluent of the reactor it dropped down to 34~95 mg/L. Removal ratios of about 89.5%~97.0% had been obtained for CODCr. About 10%~20% of CODCr was caught by membrane. The MBR was continuously operated for 60 days to treat juice wastewater, which was in stable condition, and met the discharge standard. It proved that the process is feasible, which is simple to operation, and easy to management. What is more, it could reduce about 50% of the cost of adding nutrients nitrogen and phosphorus, it could be reference for the juice of industrial scale MBR process for treatment of the juice wastewater.
