黄芪皂苷的提取和纯化工艺研究

摘要:

[摘要]: 目的:研究黄芪皂苷的最佳提取和纯化工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以浸膏得率和黄芪皂苷含量为检测指标优选提取工艺;采用单因素考察法对黄芪皂苷纯化工艺中各影响参数进行优选。结果:黄芪皂苷最佳提取工艺为:黄芪药材加入10倍量的水、煎煮2次、每次1.5小时;黄芪皂苷最佳纯化工艺为:黄芪提取液上AB-8大孔吸附树脂,用3个柱体积的40%的酒精除杂,再用5个柱体积的80%的酒精进行纯化。结论:所建立的提取纯化工艺简单,所得到的皂苷含量高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective: To establish the technical process for extraction and purification of astragaloside from Radix Astragali.Methods:The optimum extractive technology was investigated by using orthogonal design with the extracting rate and the contents of astragaloside as the indexes; The optimum purified technology was investigated by using single-factor test. Results: The optimum extraction condition is: Soaking in 10 times amount of water and decocting 1.5 hour eachtime for 2 times. The AB-8 macroporous absorption resins to the residue extracts had the best purified efficiency when 40% ethanol with 3BV to remove the impurity and 80% ethanol with 5BV to purify. Conclusions: The method is simple and reliable,and the extraction and the purification rate of astragaloside is higher, which can be used in industrial production.
