摘要： 根据福建省9年来农业推广硕士研究生教育实践，总结福建省农业推广硕士研究生教育取得成功经验，分析存在的问题，对今后福建省加快发展农业推广硕士研究生教育提出建议与对策：一是扩大规模，调整结构；二是规范管理，提高质量；三加强师资培训，推进“双导师型”队伍建设；四加强教材建设，构建体现农业推广特色的教材体系。

Abstract:

Abstract: According to nine-year MAE educational practice in Fujian Province, the successful experiences and existing problems are summarized, the countermeasures to accelerate the development of MAE in the future in Fujian Province are proposed. First, expand the scale as adjust structure. Second, standard management and improve quality. Third, reinforce teacher training, to promote the "double mentor-type" team-building. Fourth, to enhance teaching materials, building materials reflect the characteristics of agricultural extension system.
