河北省玉米生产省域尺度比较优势分析

Analysis on the Regional Comparative Advantages of Maize Production in Hebei Province

摘要:

根据比较优势理论,应用综合比较优势指数法,对河北省玉米生产进行了省域尺度比较优势分析。结果表明,和全国其他省份相比,河北省玉米生产规模具有很强比较优势,1998~2007年10年平均均位于全国第二位;生产效率和全国平均水平相比不具有比较优势,1998~2007年10年平均位于全国第二十一位;生产效益具有较强比较优势,1998~2007年10年平均位于全国第五位。综合比较优势指数具有很强比较优势,1998~2007年10年平均位于全国第二位。在此基础上,笔者提出河北省玉米生产应充分发挥播种面积指数比较优势,大力提高单产水平,进而带动效益比较优势大幅提升。

Abstract:

The paper made an analysis on the comparative advantages of maize production in Hebei province
from 1998 to 2007 by the method of aggregated comparative advantage Index based on the theory of
comparative advantage. The results showed that there was more comparative advantages in sowing area index
and benefit index compared with the other provinces in china, which standed the second and the fifth
respectively in China. At the same time, there was not comparative advantage in unit yield index by comparing
with the other provinces in china, which standed the 21st in China. Therefore, the paper put forward the
suggestions such as making good use of advantages of sowing area scale, increasing the material and
productivity inputs, which will promote maize production efficiency and further enhance the production
capacity in Hebei province.
