水葫芦的生长条件和生长发育

Growth Condition and Development of Water Hyacinth

摘要:

为了给水葫芦的防治提供理论依据,本文研究了不同光照与湿度环境条件的水葫芦生长情况,调查了其在适宜生长环境下总体生长发育情况以及相邻叶片发育完全的间隔时间及部份生长指标性状。结果表明:强光高湿环境是水葫芦生长的适宜条件、能促进水葫芦发育新叶且延缓植株的死亡,环境恒定(人工气候箱内)较自然条件更有利于其生长发育。在人工气候箱内培养,新叶及根状茎迅速发育至22 d停止发育,叶片会按萌发顺序逐渐死亡。同一植株相邻叶片发育完全的间隔时间除个别叶片有显著差异外,其余叶片间无显著差异在3.0~6.0 d间;不同水葫芦样本之间无显著差异,叶片发育完全的平均间隔时间在4.1~5.7 d之间。

Abstract:

This paper studies the growth of water hyacinth, Eichhornia crassipes, under different environmental conditions, in order to provide information for its control. The results showed strong illumination, high humidity and good ventilation was the suitable condition growth of water hyacinth and could promote the new leaves development and delay plant death. The invariableness condition (in climate chamber) was more helpful for the plant development than natural environment. Cultured in climate chamber, the new leaves and stem of water hyacinth developed fast and stopped growth at 22 days. The leaves gradually died according to the germinating time. The interval between adjacent leaves of the same plant almost had no significant difference as between 3.0-6.0 days, while the average interval between adjacent leaves among different water hyacinth samples also didn't perform significant difference as between 4.1-5.7 days.
