不同碳氮比的培养料对金针菇产量及营养品质影响研究

摘要: 在培养料25:1~60:1的碳氮比范围内金针菇的菌丝生长速度和培养料的碳氮比成正比,但当碳氮比大于40:1时,随着培养料碳氮比的升高,金针菇产量降低、产投比下降。分析表明培养料的碳氮对金针菇的蛋白质营养价值的影响无相关性,培养料的碳氮比主要影响金针菇菌丝的生长速度和产量。

Abstract: the flammulina velutipes mycelium growth rate and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is proportional in the mediumbetween the ratio of 25:1 ~ 60:1 ratio, while when the carbon-nitrogen ratio is greater than 40:1, with the higher carbon-nitrogen ratio of material culture, the flammulina tends to have less output with the increase of the carbon-nitrogen ratio . Carbon and nitrogen analysis showed that the material culture of Flammulina velutipes of protein nutritional is irrelevant with the Carbon and nitrogen proportions in the training materials while it has impacts on the mycelium growth rate and output of the Flammulina velutipes .
