摘要：

农业生态旅游不仅可以提高农业资源利用效益，还可以促进农村第三产业的发展，转移农村剩余劳动力，促进农民增收。文章在讨论广西横县茉莉花生态旅游开发背景和条件的基础上，探讨茉莉花特色生态旅游开发的思路，并提出了开发的对策和措施。

Abstract:

Eco-agricultural tourism can not only improve the benefits of using agricultural resources, but also can develop the third industry, shift surplus labor forces of rural areas and increase peasants' income. On the basis of discussing the background and conditions of jasmine flowers ecological tourism in Hengxian county of Guangxi, the essay provides developing ways of jasmine flowers ecological tourism，as well as the countermeasures.
