牛双肌基因遗传机制及研究进展

摘要:

牛双肌基因位于第二条染色体上,是由肌肉生长抑制素基因(myostatin)突变造成的,它是骨骼肌生长发育的负调节因子,属于TGF-β超家族成员,为不完全显性遗传。本文综述了双肌牛的遗传特征、基因定位及双肌牛的生理、繁殖、胴体特征,并对双肌牛在牛肉生产中的利用方式及在我国肉牛生产中的应用前景进行了探讨。

Abstract:

Double muscle gene is caused by the mutation of the muscle growth inhibition gene, which located on the second chromosomes. It is a negative regulatory factor of the skeletal muscle growth, a member of the TGF-β supergene family. It is incomplete dominant inheritance. The paper describes the hereditary feature of the double muscle of bovione,gene mapping and the characteristics of the bovione’s physiology, breeding cattle muscle and carcass. Discusses the double muscle gene used and applied in the prospect of the beef production of our country.
