黄金梨贮期病原菌种类及侵染规律研究

摘要:

本试验以黄金梨为试材,研究贮藏期病原菌种类、侵染和发病规律。试验共分离到9种病原菌。回接实验表明,该9种病原菌的致病力存在较大差异,并确定引起黄金梨贮期腐烂主要病原菌有交链孢霉(Alternaria sp.)、总状毛霉(Mucor racemosus)、拟茎点霉(Phomopsis sp.)和意大利青霉(Penicillium italicum)。

Abstract:

The species of pathogenic fungi and the ways of infection and disease during storage stage on Whangkeumbae were studied. Nine varieties of pathogenic fungi were obtained in the separation process.The results showed that the pathogenic capability of these 9 fungi was different. Alternaria sp., Mucor racemosus, Promises sp. and Penicillium italicum were identified as the main causative fungi of Whangkeumbae during storage stage.
