IPT对烟草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:

IPT(Isoprothiolane)又称稻瘟灵,被认为能有效促进植物发育并提高其抗性。为了研究IPT对烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)种子萌发、幼根发生及幼苗生长的影响,从而为其在种子加工及包衣方面的应用提供理论依据,本研究通过不同浓度的IPT处理非逆境条件下的烟草种子和幼苗,证明1~10 mg/L IPT可以显著促进种子萌发及胚根的发生,增加烟苗侧根的发生,烟苗长势良好;而IPT浓度过低或过高都不表现促进作用。

Abstract:

IPT (Isoprothiolane) has been proved to improve the development and resistance of plant. In order to offer a theoretical basis for the processing and pelleting of tobacco seeds, this paper compared effects of different concentration of IPT on seeds germination, seed-roots development and seedings growth of tobacco. The results suggested that the concentration range of IPT such as 1~10 mg/L could obviously improve tobacco seed germination, seed roots development and seedings growth. The concentration of IPT was not affected the growth of tobacco when it was too low or too high.
