摘要：

通过对辽宁阜新近郊某鸡场数群 15 日龄左右的病鸡的临床症状、病理变化、病毒分离、纯化、动物回归、血清学检测、病毒形态观察等检测, 分离到一株鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒并命名为HQ0806。研究表明：该病毒效价达到10-5.8/ 0.2ml，在动物回归试验中其引起发病率为100％，死亡率达83％，剖检可见法氏囊呈“紫葡萄样”外观，胸腺萎缩，骨髓脂肪化等病变，表现了超强毒株的致病特点。

Abstract:

An infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) field strain, named HQ0806, was isolated and identified from some flocks with immune failure in Fuxin Shi suburb according to the clinical symptom, pathology, serological test, animal challenge and virus morphology. The virus was characterized as a very virulent infectious bursal disease virus (vvIBDV) because of its strong virulence pathogenicity characteristics observed in ELD50 (10-5.8/ 0.2ml), animal challenge (mortality with 83 % and morbidity with 100 % in inoculated 4 weeks chicken), as well as pathological changes of purple grape in bursa of Fabricius, thymus decrease and fatty marrow.
