安祖花小孢子发生与雄配子体发育研究

摘要:

安祖花为一种名贵的观赏花卉,在北方栽培过程中存在败育的现象,影响了安祖花繁育种工作的开展,本研究对安祖花的小孢子和雄配子体的发育过程进行了详细的观察,试图从小孢子发育的角度来探讨败育的原因,为安祖花的繁育工作提供理论依据。本文利用常规石蜡切片技术和电镜技术进行观察,结果表明:花药壁的发育属于基本型,绒毡层细胞属于腺质绒毡层,成熟的花粉粒为2-细胞型,雄配子体在成熟花粉粒发育到二细胞花粉时,约有90%的细胞出现发育异常的现象。结论:安祖花的小孢子在发生过程中未见异常,败育是由于雄配子体发育不良所导致。

Abstract:

Anthurium andraeanum is very famous and precious flower. It is abortion in the northern part of the country, influencing its breeding. The article studies on the process of microsporogenesis and male gametophyte development of Athurium andaeaum, to discuss the cause of abortion and provide the theory evidence for its breeding. By using the general paraffin section technology and the electron microscope technology, the results indicated that the development of anther wall followed the basic type, and the tape of tapetum was the glandular tapetum, 2-cell type pollen. About 90% male gametophyte was abnormal in 2-cell pollen stage. In conclusion the process of microsporogenesis was normal but the deficiency of pollen number led to the maturation.
