Abstract: With the grey systems and according to the results of Tibet statistical yearbook, a forecast modeling of per capital net income of peasant and shepherds in Tibetan Autonomous Region is established in this paper. The forecast has been done and the results indicate that the forecast modeling has better forecast accuracy
