Study and Evaluation of Safety of Smoke Agent on Kiwifruit During Storage

Abstract: Safety of smoke agent on kiwifruit during storage were studied and evaluated, and the evaluation index included Firmness, soluble solid content, appearance and pesticide residues. The result indicated that smoke agent No.2 was safe to kiwifruit during storage, and help it to be stored.
