Abstract: 17 sets trail 2091 entries material of International Winter Wheat Program （IWWIP）were introduced by our institute from 1997 to 2004, include winter wheat observation nursery for irrigated areas, winter wheat observation nursery for semi-arid areas, facultative and winter wheat observation nursery. The result shows that there are many material of high resistance to stripe rust, high yield, fight a drought and high quality in International Observation Nursery. Majority are high height, late heading, and small spike. They were not used in production. They may be used as resources. Good material that their synthesis characters are good, and may be used as stress. Those materials which are outstanding on some sides should be used by their trait.
