Abstract: experimental stations is the lowest level for the new-type agricultural S＆T innovation system in China. They are the platforms of combing agricultural S＆T theory with practice. Promoting interdisciplinary research, supporting transformation of research achievements, pushing the cooperation of agricultural research system, educational system and popularization system, all are the function of the experimental station. How to coordinate agricultural S＆T units in the area for the experimental station, administrative problem, supporting funds and cooperation with the innovation central areas, all of these are the hard circumstances when building the experimental stations. from the structural reform of S＆T management and the fundamental equipment construction of the experimental station, the article brings up the construction strategy of experimental station.
