Abstract:

Abstract：The genetic relationships among 9 jujube cultivars and strains were analyzed using the technique of genomic DNA-AFLP markers in Ningxia Hui People’s Autonomous Region. Five primer pairs (E1/M12、E1/M4、E4/M11、E2/M10和E5/M4) were used for the analysis. A total of 466 AFLP markers were identified, of which 130 were polymorphic, and polymorphism percentage was 27.89%. Using UPGMA(un-weighted pair group method arithmetic average) clustering method, 9 cultivars and strains were placed into 2 clusters. ‘Lingwuchangzao No.2’ selected from lingwuchangzao jujubes had farther genetic distance, that is a new germplasm of jujube. ‘Tongxinyuanzao’ jujube and ‘zhongweidazao’ jujube were very close genetically, being the same cultivar.
