Abstract:

In order to search policy supporting for solving the problems of peasant, rural areas and agriculture, applying unit root stationary test and co integration and theory, This paper studied the relationship of fiscal expenditures on agriculture and per capital net income of rural households (PCNIRH) of Jiangxi farmers The results showed that fiscal expenditures on agriculture was the PCNIRH of Jiangxi farmers Grainger cause. We should make the fiscal expenditures for agriculture growing stably, which would help farmers increase income. The study of the financial expenditure on agriculture sub-project showed that the cost of supporting rural production can promote the farmers income, it should strengthen the financial expenditure of funds on agriculture use and management strive to make limited funds play the greatest benefits.
