Abstract:

Farmer land rights and interests in farmland system were analyzed relatively comprehensively since 1949. Firstly the rights and interests on the basis of the farmland system were analyzed in the planned economy time including the initial period of China, elementary cooperative time as well as advanced cooperative time. Secondly the rights and interests were analyzed after the reform and opening up including initial period of reform and opening of obtaining the contract power, overall implementation stage of the household responsibility system of possessing the stable contract power as well as perfect stage of the household responsibility system of usufructuary right of the contract power. Should say, our country is devoting the farmland system adjustment to maintain farmer land rights and interests since reform and opening up.
