Abstract:

During the process of China’s accelerating urbanization, the following enter-to-school problem of migrant workers’ children is becoming the most important issue which our party and government paid highly attention to. The auhtor made the research of the cities in Henan Province which have the better condition, and surveyed and analyzed the following enter-to-school situation of migrant workers’ children through the random interview and questionnaire survey. The author thought that the out-dated regulation of nowadays household registration system, financial investment, insurance system and compulsory school organization were the obstacle of the following enter-to-school problem of migrant workers’ children. At the moment, people must accelerate the reform of the city and country household registration system, innovate the compulsory school’s financial investment, complete the compulsory school’s management and service mechanism, and provide a systemic and scientific security to the enter-to-school problem of migrant peasant workers’ children.
