Abstract:
In order to review the power of forced evictions from an ethical perspective, and find the feasible path to governing the forced evictions power, the article through theoretical analysis, in-depth analysis the ethical demand nature of forced evictions in the traditional authoritarian system, indicates that no-forced evictions is the intuitive ethical identity of the present government, thus proper demolition is present to the ethical choice under the lack of land ethics. Facing the fact that the current lack of land administration ethics, selecting rationally the appropriate demolition method, and constructing land administration ethics are ethical paths to avoid or reduce forced evictions.
