Abstract:

In order to improve vegetables’ quality and safety of Beijing, Study the regularity of detection rate of the different types of pesticide residues, we also did testing on pesticide residual of 491 vegetable samples from Beijing. The results showed that the detectable rates of pesticide in vegetable varied with type of vegetable and culturing time. The detected rate in samples most belongs to insecticides. Cypermethrin was a kind of pesticide, which detectable rates was the highest. The detected rate in sample was high in legumes, Green-leaf vegetable and aubergine and fruits. The highest detected rate was found in May and November in the year.
