Abstract:

The purpose of this paper was to find out the driving factors in the process of the rural collective construction land circulation, in order to revitalize rural collective construction land in inventory. On the basis of the influence degree of the driving factors in collective construction land circulation, we classified them into three categories: the significant influence factor, the general influence factors and the unimportance influence factor, and deep research and analysis to each kind of drive factor. According to use investigation method, and Logistic Regression Method to research investigation data. This paper researched that the farmers' income level and social security were two important factors to influence, after the rural collective construction land circulation. Therefore, in order to ensure that the collective construction land circulation healthy and orderly, harmonious, stable development. need strengthening the farmers' the right to speak in the land circulation discourse, fully completing farmers' social security and improving farmers' employment environment.
