The essence shortage of migrant workers is shortage of skilled workers. there are about 60% new generation of migrant workers of the migrant workers. Luxi area is an area of labor output. For understanding the education and training needs of new generation of migrant workers, we investigated the new generation of migrant workers of luxi area about the training will, who pay the training cost, training content, choose what time and place is suitable, training mode.
