Abstract:

In order to sift Actinomyces efficiently against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cubense from virgin forest, antagonistic assay in plates, potted control effect test and field trials were conducted. 385 strains of Actinomyces were isolated from soil samples which were collected from Diaoluo Mountain virgin forest, 16 strains of these Actinomyces were proved to have resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cubense, and strains DL-28 and DL-24 have prominent bioactivity. The results of potted control effect test showed that the average control efficacy of DL-28 and DL-24 against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was 83.65% and 76.51%. And result of field trials demonstrated that after the bananas were planted seven months, the average control efficacy of strains DL-28 and DL-24 against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was 46.5% and 60%.
