Abstract:

In recent years，farmers’income has increased slowly，but gap between farmers’income and urban resi-dents’is getting wider and wider，which has already been an important issue that henan is facing in constructing a well －off society. The multiple cointegration system constructed with 1995-2010’s annual data depicts our present rural economy better. it’s discovered that the above five factors all have great influence on farmers’income increase，but with different degree，among which number of average education years has the greatest influence，while the urbanization level has the minimum influence. Some policy proposals have been put forward for promoting farmers’income increase．
