Abstract: Based on the field experiments and systematic investigation, the effects of three bioinsecticides, abamectin, Bt and‘Aolv No.1’, on the population of Pieris rapae and the arthropod community in spring cabbage fields were studied in this paper in order to constitute the integrated control methods of Pieris rapae scientifically. The results showed that: the three bioinsecticides had evident control effects on population growth of Pieris rapae, were able to reduce the total individuals and raise the diversity and stability of the arthropod community in spring cabbage fields. The use of abamectin and‘Aolv No.1’for the control of Pieris rapae was able to raise the ratio of number of natural enemy to insect pest and helpful to protect and promote the control effects of natural enemies to insect pests in cabbage fields.
