Abstract: Different kinds of exogenous antioxidants on the activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of vitamin c (VC) in apple pericarp tissue were carried out in this paper. The results showed that: Under high temperature stress, the activity of APX , SOD , and VC content were improved significantly; it showed that after implementation of antioxidant, the ability of total antioxygen capacity in apple pericarp tissue was improved,.
