Abstract: 【Objective】The study was aimed to optimize the extraction of the triterpenoids from the roots of Radix Actinidiae Chinensis and obtain the optimal extraction process. 【Methods】 The effect of extraction temperature, ethanol concentration (volume percent), extraction time, material-to-liquid ratio and the number of extraction times on the yield of triterpenoids is investigated through single factor tests and orthogonal tests. 【Results】The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction temperature of 80℃, ethano concentration of 65%, extraction time of 1.5 h, material-to-liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL) and the number of extraction times was one time. Under the optimized extraction conditions, 6.7517% of the extraction yield of triterpenoids from Radix Actinidiae Chinensis was achieved. 【Conclusion】This optimized extraction process is simple, feasible and has a very good reference value.
