Abstract: From the actual conditions of HUNAN and JIANGXI, based on the city symmetry theory of academician YE Da-nian, combined with the universal and complementarity of XIANG-GAN economic development, one New Mode of XIANG-GAN economic cooperative development especially City-city cooperation which was announced. After analysis, this new mode can be easily found which can give full play to regional advantage; realize the complementary advantages from resources, information and technology of two provinces. And this new mode can also be easily found which can improve the competitiveness of the two provinces characteristic industry; promote the two provinces and the central region development. And the implementation of this new mode can be bring an important guiding significance of the strategy of central China rise.
