Abstract: Abstract：Loop-mediated isothermal amplification（LAMP） is a new nucleic acid amplification technology with the advantage of high specificity, efficiency and rapidity. At present, the technology has been widely used in disease diagnosis, food safety testing and gene chip, etc. This paper reviews application of LAMP in the detection of plant virus and viroid, then discusss the problems and solutions which discovered in the process of application.
