Abstract: In order to enhance management level of vegetables planting and informationization of agricultural production safety, and build an inexpensive and practical recognition prevention system, recognition prevention system of vegetables diseases and pests based on domestic based software is designed and implied in this paper. The system is designed by the drag-type wizard mode of component technology based on middleware system operation support platform. And the system have been promoted and implicated in Hainan province. The system realized three core functions including the knowledge about plant diseases and pests, the intelligent diagnosis and farming guide, and realized information management of recognition prevention system of vegetables diseases and pests based on domestic based software. And the system effectively helped plant protector with recognition prevention of vegetables diseases and pests, and much enhanced management level of vegetables planting and informatization of agricultural production.
