Abstract: Abstract: In present studies, we selected K12 and HuangZaoSi as the Parents to Synthesis 162 recombinant inbred lines by using single seed descend method. By detecting the flowering traits (i.e. tasseling、anthesising、silking、ASI and TAI), we intend to analyze the improvement for the Parents. The results indicated that these flowering traits in different degree of change, and achieved the good related effect. Most coefficients of phenotypic variation within groups have different degrees of increase, in line with the characteristics of recombinant inbred lines. Frequency distribution is consistent with normal distribution, indicating that the population has a useful value for further QTL studies.
