Study on Prevention of Bactericide on Agaricus bisporus Mycogone peniciosa Magn.

Abstract: In order to solve the long- term use of single agents make the pathogen produced prevention resistance and compound on Agaricus bisporus Mycogone peniciosa Magn, Agaricus bisporus Mycogone for detection of bacteria, the laboratory efficacy test plate on 21 kinds of bactericide, and screening of fungicides combination on the wart Neurospora self- control ability of the mushroom bed application verification. The results showed, control effect against Mycogone peniciosa mildew and influence on the growth of Agaricus bisporus, different bactericide has the very big difference, bactericide which used 4000 times and 4800 times (25% procymidoneo thiram WP + 70% chlorothalonil WP, the volume ratio of 1:1) and compound bactericidal agent 4000 times (40% carbendazimo thiram WP +70% chlorothalonil WP, the volume ratio of 1:1) treatment of covering materials, to prevent Mycogone peniciosa Magn had good effect, and the mushroom hypha growth and fruit body development without adverse effects. The production is worth promoting .
