Abstract: To solve the problem of farmers’difficulty in loans, with farmers in western area as the research object, using the micro data, identify farmers’credit exclusion situation and analyze the factors that make farmers affected by credit exclusion. The results were as follows: A considerable proportion of farmers were in a state of credit exclusion, the credit exclusion kinds that affected farmers is mainly price exclusion, self exclusion and condition exclusion; householders’age had a significant positive effect on peasant household credit exclusion situation. The variables of householders’education level, if family members have special skills, planting or breeding large, annual household income, fixed assets value of production and life, housing condition had a significant negative effect on peasant household credit exclusion situation.
