Abstract: On the background of the "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" what the national emphasis on, the problem of increasing farmers' income is the top priority. In order to alleviate the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" through intensify efforts to promote the farmers' income in Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province. The paper analyzed the dynamic relationship between the changes in farmers' income and economic growth introduced variable consumption from 1987 to 2012 by constructing the VAR model, using the Johansen co-integration test and Granger causality test and impulse response function and variance decomposition method. There was the long-term equilibrium relationship along them. Increase farmers' income of the effect on economic growth was weak, but the economic development on the increase of farmers' income had a certain role in promoting. It provided a basis to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".
