Abstract: This paper sprayed Camellia oleifera young fruit and drenched soil with Deweile plant nutrients by 4 different treatment methods, the leaf surface spraying of water, drenching 300 times, spraying 300 times and spraying 600 times, and set black control to explored the effect of different treatment methods on Camellia oleifera fruit-retention rate, fruit and leaf. The results showed that: fruit-retention rate of black control was only 51.04%, spraying 600 times was the highest, increased 31.70% than black control, spraying 300 times increased 21.39% and drenching 300 times increased 15.65% than black control. Deweile plant nutrients could also promote Camellia oleifera fruit enlargement and growth of leaves, but there was some difference effect on different series of Camellia oleifera.
